'90210's' Michael Steger switches teams for 'True Blood'

90210-michael-steger-true-blood.jpgIt looks like Michael Steger is following in his cast member Jessica Lowndes' footsteps and he's going gay, but not on "90210."

An HBO spokesperson confirms to Zap2it that Steger will be guest starring on Season 3 of "True Blood" as a gay prostitute.

Steger plays Tony who gets picked up by Russell Edgington (played by Denis O'Hare), The King of Mississippi.

While Steger only hustled one episode this season, his character may recur in Season 4.

A "90210" insider confirms to Zap2it that Steger, who plays Navid on The CW show, is not leaving West Bev.
