Alec Baldwin's alleged stalker Genevieve Sabourin ordered to stay away till at least June 26

alec-baldwin-stalker-genevieve-sabourin.jpgA judge extended a restraining order Monday (May 14) forbidding Alec Baldwin's accused stalker Genevieve Sabourin from contacting the "30 Rock" actor or his fiance, Hilaria Thomas, until the next court date on June 26. But Sanourin seemed in good spirits following the hearing, according to an Associated Press report.

"I'm confident that my lawyers are going to solve this," Sabourin says following her court appearance.

The French-Canadian actress was arrested in April after she reportedly sent Baldwin a series of nutty emails asking him to marry her and showed up at his apartment building.

But Sabourin's lawyer Maurice Sercarz contests that she had a relationship with Baldwin and had a "legitimate purpose" for contacting him.

"There was no effort at harassment, and there was no stalking here," Sercarz says.

What do you think? Any chance something else is going on here?
