Alicia Keys buys Eddie Murphy's mansion in New Jersey

alicia-keys-vma-gi.jpg Alicia Keys and her husband, Swizz Beats, are dropping $15 million to buy Eddie Murphy's New Jersey estate, the New York Post reports.

Murphy bought the 10,000 square-foot property for $3.5 million in 1985. He later added on an additional 15,000 square feet, making it a mansion fit for music royalty. The home has seven bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, and boasts a screening room, bowling alley, and indoor pool.

Originally listed for $30 million, Alicia and Swizz got a steal of a deal, with some of Eddie's furniture thrown in for good measure. Now they just have to offload their Soho penthouse, which they have listed for $17.95 million.
