ABC's sexy drama "Mistresses" has tapped Alyssa Milano as the last of the four leading ladies in the pilot based on a British show of the same name. The show focuses on four women, April ( Rochelle Aytes), Katie ( Yunjin Kim), Josslyn ( Jess Macallan) and Josslyn's older sister Sarah (Milano) and their various romantic entanglements. Sarah is a lawyer in a high-powered L.A. firm and is married. [ Deadline]

After Aly Michalka was removed from "Rebounding" in order to revamp her character of Taryn, FOX has announced that Amanda Walsh has stepped into the role. Walsh plays the girlfriend of one of Will Forte's basketball teammates, who are helping him recover from the death of his fiancee. [ Deadline]

Dakota Johnson, the daughter of Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson, has landed the female lead in FOX's comedy "Ned Fox Is My Manny," about a single mom (Johnson) whose brother (Nat Faxon) moves in to act as "manny" to her daughter. Abby Elliott of "SNL" was originally cast, but was bumped from the project after the table read. This is Johnson's TV debut. [ Deadline]

"SNL" alum Jenny Slate has been cast in CBS comedy pilot "Super Fun Night," which follows three nerdy female friends (Slate, Rebel Wilson and an as-of-yet uncast third) on their quest to have fun every Friday night. Slate is Helen-Alice, a super-smartie who likes to stay in, eat pizza and watch dorky movies. [ Deadline]

NBC's "Notorious" has added Ella Rae Peck, the younger sister of debutante Vivian Lawson, who is murdered. The show focuses on detective Joanna Locasto ( Meagan Good), who returns to this family she grew up in (as the maid's daughter) undercover to investigate said murder. [ Deadline]
