'American Idol's' Tim Urban on 'Ellen': 'I'm feeling good. Been a crazy couple of days'

tim-urban-ellen-degeneres-show.jpgSmilin' Tim Urban is the latest eliminated "American Idol" finalist and he stops by "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" to talk about his journey and perform one of his best songs of the season, "Hallelujah."

Tim tells judge Ellen DeGeneres, "I'm feeling good. Been a crazy couple of days, but yeah, it's been a lot of fun ... It was an amazing experience, I definitely enjoyed pretty much everything." She asks him how he can have such a great attitude about things and he credits his "amazing parents." "My mom and dad are absolutely amazing people," gushes Tim.

"Also just knowing who you are and knowing who I am. Knowing when I walk up on stage and knowing that when I'm done on stage I've given it my best," he continues. "If I'm satisfied with what I did, then I can't really let what other people say get me done, otherwise it's really hard to go out there next week and perform."

We have to say, Tim wasn't our favorite performer but he certainly seems like just a genuinely sweet guy and what a great attitude to have. Also, his "Hallelujah" on "Ellen" is better than his one on the show! Well done, Turban!
