'America's Got Talent' Top 12 finals are jam-packed with talent
That being said, we think we can name a few acts that will not advance -- Taylor Williamson was not funny enough to compete with the caliber of talent that took the stage for the Top 12. Similarly, Jimmy Rose was not up to snuff, very lackluster for us.
Now, if the voting for the "big voices" is going to be split between Forte and Branden James, Forte has the edge there. They were much stronger, though James did play quite the trump card with "Hallelujah." Voters love that song (we prefer when it's done a little quieter, actually).
Chicago Boyz also might be in a little trouble. Their three-tired double jump rope was jaw-dropping, but the routine had a couple bobbles and it was very similar to every other routine they've done.
Those acts aside, though, we think Innovative Force, Kristef Brothers, D'Angelo & Amanda, Catapult Entertainment, Forte, Collins Key, Kenichi Ebina and Cami Bradley all did outstanding jobs. It's a shame that two of them won't advance.
If we had to pick our Top 6, we would go with Innovative Force, Kristef, D'Angelo & Amanda, Forte, Kenichi Ebina and Cami Bradley, but the show really can't go wrong no matter who advances.
