Winehouse, who has sought addiction help several times "has embarked on a treatment program at the Priory Clinic," read a statement. "She wants to be ready for performances in Europe this summer and decided to seek an assessment. She will remain at the Priory on doctors' advice."

But, to prove she's totally ready to clean up her act, Winehouse allegedly stopped to pick up booze on the way to the clinic. An eyewitness tells UK's The Sun that Winehouse nipped in to a corner store and downed a miniature bottle of Smirnoff before continuing to the Priory.

"I was shocked to see her buy vodka so early in the day, and even more shocked to see her knock it straight back," said a "stunned onlooker." Make sure to click through to the link to see the Bigfoot like proof picture.

Apparently dad's advice had something to do with Winehouse's decision to go back into treatment.

"Her dad sat her down and said 'I think you're drinking too much again,'" a source tells People. "So she agreed to go an assessment to stop it becoming a bigger problem."
