'Bachelor Pad's' Chris Harrison: There's a 'love octagon' in the house
"I will say this about 'Bachelor Pad' - I think who you love to hate and who you love may drastically change by the time everybody leaves 'Bachelor Pad,'" says Harrison. "Will Kalon redeem himself and become this lovable figure? I think he thinks so. But I think he always thinks that everybody loves him. I think you'll be surprised at some of the behavior and some of the way your favorite characters act in the show for sure."
"One thing about this season that was very different, last year it seemed like we walked in with a lot of couples already set, but this year it took a little longer for the game to start and a little longer for the relationships to start ... there's definitely some love connections, there's definitely some couples that left the show," he continues
Oooh, love connections. And Harrison teases that there are quite a few and it's not always neat and tidy.
"Early on, it was a totally different dynamic [from last season]. A lot of these people didn't even know each other going in ... it definitely ratcheted up and kicked up in a hurry and then went beyond, well beyond, last season. You'll definitely have love triangles, love octagons," laughs Harrison.
We can hardly wait. "Bachelor Pad" premieres Monday, July 23 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
