Behati Prinsloo gushes over Adam Levine's 'very old school' proposal
Speaking with ET Canada on Thursday (July 18), Prinsloo gushed, "I am so happy and excited and still can't believe it's true!" She added a few details about how Levine popped the question, saying, "It was a one-knee thing! It was serious, it was very old school."
Of the ring, she says it's "perfect!" "It's from the 1930s," she tells Extra. "He called my dad, he was a stand up guy, called my mom, he did the whole thing."
As for whether the happy couple have begun planning the nuptials, Prinsloo says that they haven't gotten there yet and are "just celebrating with our friends and family at the moment."
Making the promo rounds, Prinsloo also spoke with E! News, telling the outlet she was "very surprised" when Levine, with whom she'd only recently reunited, got down on one knee. "It's a new chapter of my life," she says. "And I want to cry every time I talk about it!"
The "Voice" judge and the supermodel began dating over a year ago, first spotted in June 2012, but spilt several months ago. While they were apart, Levine was linked to model Nina Agdal, who accompanied him to Cabo San Lucas last month, but it didn't stick and he and Prinsloo found their way back to one another -- for good.
