After nearly two weeks of rumors, ABC confirms that rejected "Bachelorette" suitor Ben Flajnik is returning to the franchise for Season 16 of "The Bachelor."

The 28-year-old winemaker, who was dealt a rough card with an unsuccessful and televised proposal to Ashley Hebert, will be on the much more appealing side of the rose ceremony when the show returns in Jan., 2012.

So what can ladies expect from Ben, other than an obvious ability to rebound from public humiliation? ABC details his most appealing stats in their announcement...

"A rare, modern Renaissance man, Ben dabbles in a lot of hobbies and crafts, such as crab fishing, sailing, golf, skate boarding, surfing, playing piano and singing in a tribute band. He is also quite handy with a hammer and saw, and loves fixing and building things, as well as landscaping. The woman who will share his life will also have to share one of his other great loves: his Jack Russell Terrier, Scotch."

Dog-lovers with dilapidated homes, step to the front of the line.

Ben makes his first appearance sporting his new "Bachelor" title during the Sept. 12 "Bachelor Pad" finale.
