The Film Society of Lincoln Center and AMC are presenting a marathon of the entire series to date from July 26-30. The free screenings will take place at the Elinor Bunin Munroe Film Center Amphitheater at Lincoln Center. The society is calling the event "Long Cook: A 'Breaking Bad' Marathon."

Following the marathon, the Film Society will also present a ticketed event called "Perfect Batch: 'Breaking Bad' Cast Favorites" on Aug. 1-2. Creator Vince Gilligan and series stars Bryan Cranston, Aaron Paul, RJ Mitte, Anna Gunn, Betsy Brandt and Bob Odenkirk will introduce their favorite episodes and answer questions after each screening.

"It is often said that television is in the midst of a golden age, and there is no greater proof of that than 'Breaking Bad,'" says Dennis Lim, FSLC director of cinematheque programming. "As this most cinematic of shows draws to a close, it seemed more than appropriate for the Film Society to pay tribute to its achievements by presenting every episode to date on the big screen. We are also thrilled to welcome Vince Gilligan and his collaborators to the Walter Reade stage to share their personal highlights from the past five seasons."

Fans will be able to drop in on the marathon screenings at anytime while they're going on, subject to seat availability. More information on times and tickets for the Q-and-A screenings is at filmlinc.com.
