Brooke Mueller, Charlie Sheen's ex-wife, to return to L.A. following weekend arrest
Mueller's attorney Richard Cummins filed a motion on Monday (Dec. 5) that the she be permitted to return to Los Angeles to care for the two boys she has with Sheen. The former " Two and a Half Men" actor was granted temporary custody of the children following Mueller's arrest.
The whole problem for Mueller started over the weekend when she was arrested after allegedly assaulting a woman during a concert. According to Arnold Mordkin, chief deputy district attorney, Mueller had between 4 and 5 grams of cocaine on her at the time of her arrest.
Mueller's no stranger to the Aspen police. It was on Christmas 2009 Mueller called the police saying that Sheen assaulted her. Sheen pleaded guilty and spent 30 days in rehab.
