Candy Spelling sends open letter to Tori via TMZ

Spellings_290 Candy Spelling, widow of Aaron, mother of Tori and Randy, definitely has a lot of issues with her daughter. And, as it turns out, Loni Anderson's portrayal of her on Tori's VH1 show "So NoTORIous" was exceptionally kind.

Candy has now taken her feud with Tori even-more-directly to the media via an open letter given exclusively to TMZ. She starts by referring to her 36-year-old daughter as "middle-aged" and it goes downhill from there.

Showing off that she learned a thing or two from husband Aaron, Candy uses one television analogy after another to drive home the point that she doesn't want to have their relationship play out on reality television. Although other forms of media like tell-all books, pointed interviews and entertainment web sites are perfectly acceptable.

Our favorite section of the letter:

"My husband taught me that the plots have to be fresh and updated. The same old whining gets tired after a while. Enough complaining about what may or may not have happened during first grade or YMCA camp, or what vegetable you were forced to endure, especially when you are privileged enough to be on TV and get paid for it."

Read the full letter on TMZ and stay tuned for Tori's reply.
