Chace Crawford, Gwyneth Paltrow join 'Glee' 100th episode celebration

chace-crawford-gwyneth-paltrow-glee-100th-episode-gi.jpgThe gigantic, two-night "Glee" 100th episode celebration is getting even bigger: Chace Crawford and Gwyneth Paltrow will both appear on the show. Paltrow will reprise her role as substitute teacher Holly Holliday, while Crawford is a new love interest for Dianna Agron's Quinn.

Star Matthew Morrison spilled the beans to E! Online about Crawford's role. "I think he's going to be Dianna Agron's new love interest," he says. "His name is biff. He's kind of a Yalie degenerate."

Meanwhile, The Hollywood Reporter confirms Paltrow is in talks to reprise her role as Mr. Schuester's sometime-love interest in the episode, which will focus on now-principal Sue Sylvester's victory in finally getting the McKinley High glee club disbanded. Don't worry, though -- Morrison is not leaving the show.

Already confirmed to return for episode 100, taking place on March 18 and 25, are Heather Morris, Amber Riley, Harry Shum Jr., Mark Salling, Agron and Kristen Chenoweth. The show will include reprises of 10 of the show's most iconic numbers, as voted on by fans.

Other deets that have leaked out: Morrison tells E! that he and Chenoweth are singing a Pink song together. THR reports that following the 100th celebration, the show will do a run of exclusively New York-set episodes featuring Rachel, Blaine, Kurt, Sam, Mercedes and more, and the fate of the rest of the New Directions is up in the air.

The cast has already begun prepping for the big episode(s). Lea Michele tweeted Friday (Jan. 10), "Dance rehearsal now for ‪#Glee‬! Recreating some of your favorite numbers for our ‪#100thepisode‬!!!"
