Chad Johnson arrested, sentenced to 30 days in jail

Reportedly, Johnson made the Broward County, Florida judge angry by slapping his male lawyer's butt during the sentencing hearing and she took the plea deal that was to keep Johnson out of jail off the table, then sentenced him to 30 days in jail.

Judge Kathleen McHugh reportedly told Johnson he was not taking the hearing seriously enough.

Johnson's probation, which stemmed from the 2012 head-butting incident involving then-wife Evelyn Lozada, has been extended until Dec. 21, 2013 and he also must complete 25 additional hours of community service and attend extra therapy sessions.
