Remember when Chris Brown got into a brawl at a New York nightclub with Drake last June? Brown's done a lot of weird things since then, so think really hard. Well it turns out, eight months later, the two are suing each other over the fight.
The investigation of the brawl was closed in November, with no criminal charges being filed against either party. That doesn't get them off the hook in civil court, though. TMZ reports a lawsuit has been filed against an innocent bystander in the fight, French model Romain Julien. He's suing the club, Brown, and Drake.
In response, Drake and Brown have filed legal documents, pointing the finger at each other. Both claim they are not responsible for starting the fight, and they think, should Julien win his suit, the other should have to pay.
The fight reportedly began after the two argued about their mutual ex-girlfriend Rihanna, who has since reunited with Brown in one of the most mind-bending stories of all time.
