CNN's Don Lemon and Jonah Hill face off in Twitter feud

Ah, the power of Twitter. All it takes is one little tweet to rain a whole bunch of drama down on the Internet. Yesterday, that storm fell on Jonah Hill.

It all started when CNN anchor Don Lemon tweeted that the "Superbad" star had been rude to him. "Said hi to @JonahHill in hotel. Think he thought i was bellman. Didn't know his name til bellman told me. A lesson to always be kind," he wrote, later calling Hill "a tool."

Hill, who has a big presence on Twitter, wasn't out to make amends when he caught wind of the conversation.

"I said hi. What do you want me to do, move in with you? I was in a hurry. Didn't realize you were a 12 year old girl. Peace," he said in a tweet that has since been removed.

Considering the fact Hill seemingly didn't know who Lemon was at the hotel where this situation occurred, we doubt the actor realized that his comments were doubly insulting because Lemon is openly gay. Unphased, the anchor tweeted back, "Hardly. You're not my type. But I know rude. And you were."

An hour after that, Hill responded in another tweet that has been removed, "I walked out of the restroom and found you waiting for me. Shook hands, said hi and was on my way. Sorry if you found that rude."

"The bellman and I laughed at how self-important you were. Just being honest. Be nice. Stardom is fleeting," he wrote back. Burn. Lemon also announced that he's "Setting the record straight on the @jonahhill incident this morn [Nov. 9] on @staringpoint w/ @Soledad_OBrien on #CNN." We'll be interested to hear what he had to say about the incident, and if Hill ever recognizes that he likely wasn't the kindest person during this run-in.
