Neil allegedly burst into a Hal Sparks concert attended by his ex-wife and started screaming obscenities at her and her friends, according to TMZ. Neil was not arrested, but last month he spent 10 days in jail on a DUI charge. [ TMZ]

Lindsay Lohan plans to drop the "Lohan" from her name, her mom tells PopEater's Rob Shuter. She'll be joining an exclusive club of mononymous celebs including Madonna, Cher, Beyonce and Oprah. "Lindsay is dropping the Lohan and just going by Lindsay," says mom Dina. "Plus, me and [younger daughter] Ali will be officially changing our last names back to my maiden name, Sullivan." Obviously this will be just the thing to re-ignite Lindsay's stalled career and raise her to the level of the other one-named celebs mentioned above. [ PopEater]

Speaking of one-named celebs, Madonna's Raising Malawi charity is in trouble. The New York Times reports that Madge's plans to build a school in the country from which she adopted daughter Mercy James will not go forward because of "horrible mismanagement." The organization's former executive director (who also happens to be the boyfriend of Madge's personal trainer, Tracy Anderson) squandered what is described as "outlandish expenditures" on perks like cars, office space, and a golf course membership. Despite the charity's admission that it no longer has plans to build a school, Madonna released a statement saying she remains committed to improving education in the impoverished country.
