"Dallas Buyers Club" had a good night at the 2014 Critics' Choice Awards. Not only did stars Matthew McConaughey and Jared Leto win the Best Actor and Best Supporting Actor awards, respectively, but the men did so in style.

Leto was the earlier win for the night and managed to deliver a speech that was both poignant and hilarious. He began by dedicating his win "to all the people around the world who are living with HIV, all of the people who have lost their lives to this horrific disease, and all of the people that are fighting to change the way that people that people that have HIV/AIDS are treated."

On a lighter note, Leto had a spot-on impression of his co-star:

In addition to a lot of sincere thanks to the production team behind "Dallas Buyers Club," the actor was super psyched to just be there: "Yeah! Alright, alright, alright! This is fun!"

McConaughey's most touching dedication came right at the very finish and was worth the wait: "Thank you to Ron Woodroof, for living a life that was d*** well worth living."
