'Dancing with the Stars' welcomes back 'The Bachelor's' Melissa Rycroft

The former winner -- then not-winner -- of "The Bachelor" Melissa Rycroft was a last-minute "Dancing with the Stars" replacement last spring for season 8. She coupled popularity with great technique and danced her way to the finals.

This year, Melissa is once again dancing for "Dancing with the Stars." She'll appear on their semi-final results show, performing with her season 8 partner, professional dancer Tony Dovolani.

dwts.jpgOn Sunday, Melissa tweeted, " Practice with Tony - we're baaaaacckkk!!" and posted this picture. She tweeted about 13 hours later, " One practice and already sore and bruised up :-/"

Joanna Krupa, Mya, Kelly Osbourne and Donnie Osmond are the semi-finalists competing for a spot in the finals this week.

The new season of 'The Bachelor" premieres January 4th on ABC.
