Diane Kruger wows at Cannes in mint green Giambattista Valli gown

At the premiere of Wes Anderson's "Moonrise Kingdom," Kruger wowed in Giambattista Valli Haute Couture gown that inspired comparisons to iconic actress Grace Kelly.

The mint-green gown -- made up of several layers of pale sea-foam colored silk -- draped across one shoulder and flowed behind her in an elegant cloud. She complemented the subtly glamorous gown with a simple updo, diamond cluster earrings and pale platform heels.

Kruger, who co-starred in Quentin Tarantino's "Inglorious Basterds," is serving as a juror at the 65th annual Cannes Film Festival and expectations are high for the rest of her wardrobe at the two week event.
