Edgar Wright's 'The World's End' trailer goes on the world's worst pub crawl
Edgar Wright is taking fans on a supernatural trip through England once again in his latest project, "The World's End." This movie serves as a spiritual successor to "Shaun of the Dead" and "Hot Fuzz," and stars many of Wright's favorite British actors.
The film follows a group of five friends who seek to recreate a pub crawl from their youths by making their way to the final stop on the tour, The World's End. As shown in the above trailer, that doesn't go quite as planned, as some sort of alien creatures seem to have taken over their hometown.
"The World's End" stars Simon Pegg, Nick Frost, Martin Freeman, Eddie Marsan and Paddy Considine. It's due in theaters on Aug. 22.
