Eric Naposki tells '48 Hours Mystery' he did not murder Bill McLaughlin

Over the course of the summer, CBS is returning to some of the cases explored in previous episodes of "48 Hour Mystery" for updated editions.

Naposki first appeared on the news show in October of 2011, shortly after he was convicted of murdering Bill McLaughlin, a multimillionaire whose fiance, Nanette Johnston, was having an affair with Naposki.

Recently, Naposki asked correspondent Troy Roberts to return to the prison for another shocking revelation about Naposki's connection to McLaughlin, whose bullet-ridden body was found in his own kitchen in December 1994.

In the update to "Murder In The O.C.," CBS says that Naposki has vowed to reveal the name of the real killer. "I am exposing myself. I am exposing my family," he says. "I'm exposing my children to harm. There's a murderer walking on the street."

Tune in on Tuesday, May 29 at 10 p.m. EST.
