Fans of "Bones" and the now-departed AMC series, "Rubicon," have something to celebrate. FOX has begun to develop "Noone," a crime procedural -- with a romantic twist -- from those series' creators, Hart Hanson and Jason Horwitch.

Reports indicate that the series will have a somewhat different theme at its center. Set in San Francisco, "Noone" is the story of "redemption, martial arts and romance" (according to Deadline). A female police detective and her unlikely ally -- presumably someone with a martial arts background, considering the premise -- will team up to solve crime and flirt.

Horwitch, the creator of both "Rubicon" and "Medical Investigation," is the writer for the project. Hanson will executive produce. In addition to the long-running "Bones," Hanson was the creator of "The Finder" and "Backstrom," a Rainn Wilson pilot that is apparently still in contention for a series on CBS.

How exactly would a procedural mix in martial arts effectively? Are we talking about a "Lethal Weapon" situation -- only with more longing looks between the protagonists? It will be interesting to find out.
