Frank Ocean records song with John Mayer: Listen to 'Wildfire'

Hidden on John Mayer's new album, "Paradise Valley," is a short and not-so-sweet track with R&B artist Frank Ocean.

The one minute and 28 second poetic song, "Wildfire," features Ocean's trademark crooning with a dark message. "Back in Paris you told me you were suicidal / It's not a vacation if I lose you to Eiffel," Ocean sings with Mayer's harmonies backing him up.

This is not the first collaboration between Ocean and Mayer. The guitarist plays on Ocean's track, "Pyramids," and joined Ocean on "Saturday Night Live."

"Frank is such an interesting, deep, touched, wonderful guy," Mayer told Rolling Stone. "They don't make a lot of other Frank Oceans, and the guy is looking for another. And the way that his mind works is craving the same frequency that he's able to communicate on, and I think he's just searching for that kind of depth that he has inside of himself in someone else. He's fascinating to me. He's so great."
