'Franklin & Bash' Season 3 premiere moved up as TNT tweaks summer schedule

franklin-and-bash.jpg"Franklin & Bash" Season 3 will premiere earlier than expected as TNT has made some shifts in its summer schedule.

"Franklin" is now set to return on June 19, a full month earlier than the previously announced July 24.

The network has also pushed the premiere of "Rizzoli & Isles" Season 4 and "Perception" Season 2 to June 25. But that's just one week later than the previously announced June 18.

That shift also caused TNT to push the premiere of unscripted series "Cold Justice" -- which will inherit the "Perception" timeslot -- by one week from August 27 to September 3.

Launching "Franklin" earlier puts the legal dramedy starring Mark-Paul Gosselaar and Breckin Meyer on the same schedule as the rest of the network's summer offerings and means TNT will have original scripted programming on Sunday-Wednesday for most of the summer season.

TNT's revised summer premiere schedule follows:

Thursday, June 6

9 p.m. "The Hero"
10 p.m. "72 Hours"

Sunday, June 9

9 p.m. "Falling Skies" (two hours; moves to 10 p.m. June 16)

Monday, June 10

9 p.m. "Major Crimes"
10 p.m. "King & Maxwell" (series premiere)

Wednesday, June 19

9 p.m. "Franklin & Bash"

Tuesday, June 25

9 p.m. "Rizzoli & Isles"
10 p.m. "Perception"

Tuesday, Sept. 3

10 p.m. "Cold Justice" (series premiere)
