FX's 'Fargo' gains 'Private Practice' alum Kate Walsh, Joey King
The cast for FX's limited series "Fargo" keeps getting better and better. Martin Freeman, Oliver Platt, Colin Hanks and Billy Bob Thorton are already locked into the show, and now three new actors have joined as well to round out the cast.
"Private Practice" alum Kate Walsh as well as Joey King and Josh Close have come on board the 10-episode limited series. Walsh will play a "trophy wife-type and reluctant mother of twins," Deadline reports.
King, meanwhile, will play Greta, the daughter of Hanks' police deputy character. Close will play Freeman's character's brother Ron.
"Fargo" doesn't yet have a release date. Joel and Ethan Coen are executive producing the series.
