After checking himself into a rehabilitation facility for substance addiction in late March, pictures surfaced Friday (April 26) of "Glee" star Cory Monteith out of rehab and reunited with his co-star and girlfriend, Lea Michele.

E! News spoke with Kevin McHale, another of Monteith's co-stars, who says, "I'm very excited ... I saw the pictures. He looks great." Monteith, 30 years old, was seen meeting Michele at Los Angeles International Airport Friday, and later sent a tweet to his fans. "Sending out big love to everyone," he writes, "Thank you for the continued support! It means the world to me!" Michele sent out a tweet of her own, writing, "Today is a great day."

Monteith's rehab stay, his second visit after being sent for treatment at age 19, was voluntary. Speaking of his addiction problems in the past, Monteith said in an interview, "I stole a significant amount of money from a family member. I knew I was going to get caught, but I was so desperate I didn't care. It was a cry for help."

20th Century Fox TV noted that they supported Cory's decision to seek treatment in March, and that his absence would not affect production of "Glee."
