TMZ reports that 35-year-old Roxanne Gorzela began dating Salling in Sept. 2010. In March 2011, Gorzela says that she and Salling were engaging in sexual activity, and she consented to having sex with him, but only if they used a condom. According to her report, he continued to have sex with her without using protection, against her wishes.

According to the report, Gorzela returned to Salling's home later that month, on March 15, to talk to him about her emotional trauma and about the health concerns she now faced after their unprotected sex, and she found him in bed with another woman. She demanded that he prove to her he had no STDs, and allegedly, he grabbed her and pushed her to the ground.

Gorzela filed a police report with the LAPD that same day. According to the report, she did not suffer serious injury.

UPDATE: Salling has responded through his publicist. "There is no truth to this," Salling's rep says in a statement to Yahoo. "It's the textbook case of a disgruntled girl looking to cash in on a TV star's success. We turn the rest over to Mark's attorneys and have no further comment."
