Heidi Klum: Seal divorce papers officially filed

heidi-klum-seal-divorceIt's official: Heidi Klum and Seal's divorce is all but official. On Friday, Klum filed divorce papers in Los Angeles County Superior Court citing "irreconcilable differences" for the split.

The supermodel-turned host of "Project Runway" is asking for joint custody of the couple's four children, although she wants primary physical custody. Seal would, of course, have visitation rights.

While no pre-nup is in place, a post-nuptial agreement was signed by Heidi and Seal at some point, according to Klum's attorey, Laura Wasser. Which means, reports TMZ, that there will be no community property to divide. Heidi is also asking the judge to reject any possible bid by Seal for spousal support and that he pay his own attorney fees.

Heidi and Seal announced their separation in January. They couple married in 2005 and have four children: Leni, 7, Henry, 6, Johan, 5, and Lou, 2.

"While we have enjoyed seven very loving, loyal and happy years of marriage, after much soul-searching we have decided to separate," read a January statement to People magazine.
