Heidi Montag went under the knife again, this time to undo some of the work she had done in the past. Montag, who starred on "The Hills," recently underwent a breast reduction surgery and the entire thing was documented for TV.
Heidi let "Entertainment Tonight" cameras follow her into the operating room as she downsized her breasts. Host Brooke Anderson let that news slip on Twitter, posting a photo of herself and Heidi. She writes, "We r in the OR w/@HeidiMontag tn on @ETonlineAlert as she downsizes from F breasts to D for health reasons!"
Heidi says on the show that the implants cause her pain and even led to a ruptured disc in her spine and a pinched nerve. She famously underwent 10 different procedures in one day in 2009 which included new implants, replacing the ones she got in 2007. Heidi later admitted to regretting her many surgeries, saying, "People have fewer scars from car accidents than I have on my body."
