Hilary Duff replaced! 'True Blood's' Lindsay Pulsipher takes over in 'Bonnie and Clyde'

lindsay-pulsipher-hilary-duff.jpgAfter Hilary Duff announced her pregnancy, word spread that she had been dropped from the upcoming "Bonnie & Clyde" project, though producers Tonya S. Holly and Tom Rogers insisted that her exit was due to scheduling conflicts, not the baby on board.

Duff was slightly less diplomatic, telling TMZ, "I dont wanna give them any more press than they've already gotten off me ... I think [my] baby is a little bit more exciting." The actress was allegedly still paid $100,000 due to her pay-or-play contract.

Now, she's officially been replaced by "True Blood" werepanther Lindsay Pulsipher. "We are thrilled to welcome Lindsay Pulsipher as Bonnie Parker in The Story of Bonnie and Clyde. Lindsay will undoubtedly bring many layers to this critical role," Holly tells Us. "This is a gripping story about two of the most legendary fugitives in history."

No word yet on who will play her Clyde. Kevin Zegers was originally slated to star opposite Duff, but he, too, dropped out due to scheduling.
