Former "Home Improvement" star Taran Noah Smith seems to be suffering from a delayed case of child-star-gone-bad.
The 27-year-old was arrested in Los Angeles County at 1 a.m. on Feb. 1 when a cop noticed his 1998 silver Honda Accord parked at an angle in front of a fire hydrant, TMZ reports. The officer who decided to investigate smelled a "strong odor" of marijuana and arrested Smith after finding hash in his car.
TMZ says the actor is still in custody, and being booked for a DUI and felony drug possession.
Smith has mostly kept out of the public eye since playing little Mark Taylor on the '90s Tim Allen sitcom, though took part in the cast's Entertainment Weekly reunion last fall. He's also been a talking head on shows like "E True Hollywood Story" and "Child Star Confidential."
