Are Jada Pinkett Smith and hubby Will Smith planning to sell their $42 million Southern California estate? Definitely not, according to them.

Despite a report from Realestalker.com to the contrary, the house isn't up for sale. "This is false. Their home is not on the market," the Smiths' publicist Karynne Tencer tells The New York Daily News.

However, Will and Jada have been getting rid of some of their properties. The pair recently sold their three-bedroom Hawaii vacation home to Russian billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev for $20 million earlier in the summer, and also closed down their New Village Leadership Academy in Calabasas, Calif. in June. That news led to speculation the Smiths are headed for divorce, but they denied that's the case.

Will and Jada, who have been married since 1997, moved into their massive mansion in 2011. It reportedly took them seven years to build. The home was featured in Architectural Digest in 2011, and Will told the magazine at the time that the estate's circular floor plan was "to create an infinite cycle that represented what Jada and I hoped for our love."
