Jennifer Lawrence on her no-dieting rule

Jennifer-Lawrence.jpgJennifer Lawrence has had a whirlwind of a career. Last year she was up for a Best Actress Academy Award for her work in "Winter's Bone." This year she's about to star in one of the most highly anticipated films since "Harry Potter." "The Hunger Games" opens on March 23rd, and Lawrence is about to become one of the most talked about actresses in quite some time.

Lawrence spoke to Glamour magazine about being a young actress in Hollywood. "In some ways, it's a hard life, but it's a great professional life," she says. "I'm doing what I love, and then I get months and months of rest. I have a lot of money for a 21-year-old. I can't stand it when actors complain."

An excellent attitude to have and very refreshing. She also speaks about being thin in Hollywood. Want to hear some more refreshing views? Lawrence says, "I hate saying, 'I like exercising.' I want to punch people who say that in the face. But it's nice being in shape for a movie, because they basically do it all for you. It's like, 'Here's your trainer. This is what you can eat.'"

"I don't diet. I do exercise! But I don't diet," she added. "You can't work when you're hungry, you know?" Check out the full interview with Lawrence in the April issue of Glamour, in stores on March 6th.
