Jon Stewart: Mitt Romney lost the second presidential debate, is perhaps Wile E. Coyote

jon-stewart-daily-show-second-presidential-debate.jpg"The Daily Show" tapes several hours before primetime television begins each night, so host Jon Stewart had to wait until the next day's show to weigh in on the second presidential debate. And weigh in he did.

On the debate in general:

"The big question would be -- which verson of Barack Obama would respond? The first debate's Sleepytime McGillicuddy? Or Freetop Jones? ... Yes, President Barack Obama decided to attend this debate. And the two candidates could finally have a truthful, substantive discussion about how much they f***ing hate each other."

On the "binders full of women" comment:

"Couple of things -- one, the women's group was called MassCap and they approached Governor Romney and not the other way around, and two, my guess is they did not refer to what they presented as whole binders full of women. But perhaps referred to it as a well-organized collection of qualified resumes. But hey, binder of women, book of broads, notebook of nipples, whatever!"

On the Libya "terrorism" Rose Garden debacle:

"When you feel you're about to spring what you, Governor Romney, is the checkmate moment of the debate and your opponent says to you, 'Please. Proceed. Hold on, are you trying to open that door? Allow me to open it wider.' ... but when your opponent does that, you might want to take a breath and wonder if, a la Wile E. Coyote and the Roadrunner, that door your opponent is pointing to is merely paint on a rock."

And lest you think Stewart is being too easy on President Obama, he certainly wasn't easy on him after the first presidential debate.
