Justin Timberlake is already scheduled to perform at the 2013 Video Music Awards, but does the "Take Back the Night" singer have a little something special up his sleeve? It sounds like he just might, as a report has come out that says Justin will reunite with J.C. Chasez, Lance Bass, Joey Fatone and Chris Kirkpatrick for an *NSYNC performance on the show.
According to the New York Post, the reunion is set for the VMAs, the first from the boy band in nearly a decade. The boys were all spotted together in in the VIP section of Timberlake's concert in Miami Friday (August 16), along with Justin's mom and his wife, Jessica Biel.
The group's last televised performance happened in 2003, when they appeared on the Grammy Awards to sing a medley of songs by the Bee Gees. They later had their last public performance in 2004, performing the National Anthem at their annual Challenge for the Children celebrity basketball game.
The 2013 Video Music Awards are live from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn Sunday, August 25, at 9 p.m. ET.
