is returning to the silver screen. She is joining Chris Carmack, Alyssa Diaz, Joel David Moore and Sinqua Walls in "Shark Night 3D," a horror movie about college kids at a lake house who are terrorized by sharks. We wish "USA Up! All Night" was still around. [ Variety]

"Idol" reject Ian Bernardo, who didn't like the way he was treated during the Season 9 finale, has refiled his lawsuit -- down to $100M from $300M. So it's good to know he's still crazypants. [ TMZ]
