'Keeping Up's' Kourtney Kardashian's lawyer sends Michael Girgenti cease and desist letter over paternity suit
Girgenti and Kardashian met on a photo shoot in 2009 (pictured, left) and Girgenti claims their unprotected sex led to the birth of her son.
TMZ has obtained the cease and desist letter that Kourtney's lawyer, Shawn Holley, has fired off to Girgenti. The letter alleges that Girgenti had the nerve to say he'd drop his paternity claim if Kourtney paid him. Holley reportedly threatens to ask the judge to make Girgenti pay for alleged extortion.
The letter also alleges that Girgenti is not the father because Disick has a DNA test to prove it and that Girgenti knows he's not the father because he flunked a polygraph. Holley previously called the paternity suit a "shameful attempt to gain publicity and profit."
