Kim Kardashian divorce: Moments were scripted for 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians'

Suddenly, Kris Humphries' claims of fraud in his divorce from Kim Kardashian don't sound so outlandish. During a deposition with "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" producer Russell Jay on February 4, it was revealed that at least two scenes on the show depicting Humphries in a negative light weren't quite real, Life & Style reports.

Jay says moments in the couple's relationship were scripted, edited, or reshot, including Humphries' surprise proposal. Jay says Kim reshot the scene, because she didn't like the first take. Additionally, documents reveal that a moment where Kim confesses the problems in her marriage to her mother, Kris Jenner, was actually shot after she filed for divorce from Humphries.

A different episode of the show depicted Kim getting angry with Kris when he throws a party in their hotel room, without her knowledge. Jay says Kardashian was actually in the hotel when the party happened, and was aware of the entire event.

The two are due in court May 6 to begin their divorce trial. At that time, Kim will be seven months pregnant with her first child, with boyfriend Kanye West.
