Kim Kardashian reportedly focused on losing the remaining baby weight

kim-kardashian-baby-weight.jpg Kim Kardashian has been largely hidden away from the public eye since the birth of her daughter, Nori, nearly two months ago. A source tells Hollywood Life that it's because the reality star is working hard at getting her pre-baby body back.

In addition to reports that Kim wanted to lose 30 pounds in 30 days following Nori's birth, a friend of the family tells Hollywood Life that "she feels like she needs to lose more weight."

"[Kim] is having a difficult time losing the baby weight and feels really conscious about how huge she looks. It's silly because every new mom gains weight, but for some reason Kim doesn't feel good enough to be seen in public. Kim wants to look her very best when she goes out in public with North for the very first time," says the family friend.

That makes sense, considering the criticism Kim received at times during her pregnancy for how big she was getting (which was nonsense).

But we say -- come out of hiding, Kim! Too many famous women make it look so simple to lose all the baby weight in six weeks, which is a ridiculously high standard to set for us normal women. We actually think women around the country would probably identify and appreciate if Kim said she was having trouble losing the baby weight and just doesn't care.
