Kris Jenner, Kardashian family matriarch, to join 'The Talk'
Jenner has just signed on to guest host the CBS show "The Talk," according to EW. The reality show mom will be on the couch for two weeks soon after the season resumes Sept. 6.
This news comes amidst a series of changes for "The Talk." Leah Remini and Holly Robinson Peete were recently let go and Sharon Osbourne announced that she has requested a leave of absence. This means that only Julie Chen (wife of CBS CEO Les Moonves) and Sarah Gilbert, who is also the show's creator, remain full time with the show. Comic Sheryl Underwood also joined as a part-time host.
"The Talk" had a slow start when it debuted in October 2010, but has seemingly found an audience since. In July, the program drew its largest audience of 2.21 million per day. But it remains unclear as to how the staffing shake ups will impact ratings once it returns.
If the Kardashian experiment goes well, she may be in line for a full time job.
The question is, will you watch?
