Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson fight over dog Bear: Who gets custody?

robert-pattinson-kristen-stewart-bear-dog-pics-gi.jpg Kristen Stewart really screwed the pooch when she cheated on Robert Pattinson with married "Snow White and the Huntsman" director Rupert Sanders. Now Bear, the mutt Stewart and Pattinson adopted from a New Orleans shelter, will be forced to grow up in a single-parent household -- but will he stay with Pattinson or Stewart?

RadarOnline reports that Pattinson is set on keeping the pup, but Stewart, who will maintain custody of her cat, Max, isn't giving up Bear without a fight.

"After Rob moved his things out of their Los Angeles home, he then told Kristen he wanted Bear," a source says. "She wants joint custody -- and it could get a little messy."

The source goes on to say that the couple was looking into adopting another dog before news of the cheating scandal broke.

However, Gossip Cop is saying that the custody battle is a manufactured controversy and that Bear is Pattinson's dog outright -- just like Max the cat belongs solely to Stewart.

Who do you think should get custody of the dog?
