Laker (and Khloe Kardashian's husband) Lamar Odom is suing his ex, Liza Morales, requesting that she provide him with a "parental access schedule" and "reasonable child support" for their 12-year-old daughter Destiny and 9-year-old son L.J. Morales and Odom's relationship fell apart 6 years ago after they tragically lost a third child to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome. Morales was shocked to receive Odom's court papers. "Lamar basically checked out as a father four years ago," she says. "[Destiny and L.J.] haven't had quality time in a long time." [ NY Post]

Popular country band Sugarland has been at the top of the charts with their latest single "Stuck Like Glue," and there's more to celebrate today. The band has finally settled a lawsuit with founding member Kristen Hall. Hall was suing for more than a third of the band's profits since she left to go solo in 2005, when the band was more than $100,000 in debt. Terms of the settlement were not disclosed. New odd couple alert! Olympic gold medalist Michael Phelps and... (we're not sure what she does) Brittny Gastineau are reportedly dating. The two were spotted together at the Grove in L.A., but once they caught sight of the photographers they split in opposite directions. A source close to the couple says the relationship is new. [TMZ]
