'Legit's' Jim Jefferies wants to be a 'RuPaul's Drag Race' guest judge

It turns out that Jefferies' girlfriend is a big fan of the show, and it gets viewed often in their household. Because of that, Jefferies says he's now an expert on what makes a good or bad drag queen.

During a conference call promoting the Season 2 premiere of "Legit," Jefferies expressed a desire to get to act as a guest judge on "RuPaul's Drag Race." "I'd do it properly and I wouldn't be rude or nothing," he promises. "It would make my girlfriend very happy."

Beyond his desire to join "RuPaul's Drag Race," Jefferies is also a fan of some of the most esteemed dramas on television. He admits that he's been very much enjoying "True Detective" and "The Americans," as well as the recently wrapped "Breaking Bad."

Interestingly, Jefferies doesn't watch that many comedies on television because he says he doesn't want to be influenced by them. He does keep up with "Louie," and says he liked the first five seasons of "The Office" before it started going downhill for him. Instead of comedies, Jefferies explains he really loves watching cooking shows.

"Legit" Season 2 premieres Wednesday (Feb. 26) at 10 p.m. ET/PT on FXX.
