Lindsay Lohan could spend eight months in jail if probation is revoked
Lindsay Lohan finds out tomorrow if her probation is being revoked, and she is facing a pretty major punishment if it is. It's being reported that Lohan could spend up to eight months in prison if a judge determines that she has violated the probation instituted after her jewelry heist case.
TMZ is reporting that the probation violation could get Lohan 245 days in prison, and that's not including any jail time she'll incur for lying to police offers following her car accident in June. She is being arraigned Wednesday, and if she is charged, then the judge on the case will revoke her probation and then set another court hearing to "formally decide if Lindsay violated the terms of her probation by breaking the law again."
A source tells the site that the L.A. City Attorney is "out for blood" on this case and want Lohan's probation to be overturned. This news comes not long after Lohan was arrested for assaulting a woman in NYC. Her bank accounts were also recently seized by the IRS for outstanding tax debt.
