Lindsay Lohan no longer banned from Chateau Marmont over unpaid bill?

Her ban from the Chateau Marmont. TMZ reported in August that the 26-year-old had been banned from the famous Hollywood hotel for running up a $46,350.04 tab -- which included 49 packs of cigarettes -- over her 47-day stay and skipping out on payment.

But looks like things are all good between Lohan and the hotel now, since she was spotted at the Los Angeles hotspot Thursday (Oct. 11) night. The Chateau, however, wouldn't comment on whether the ban had been lifted.

"Chateau Marmont places guest privacy as a core value and upholds this privacy with paramount importance. This is a private matter between one of their guests and the hotel and they will continue to treat it as such," a rep for the hotel tells E! News.

Lohan had reportedly told friends the producers of her Elizabeth Taylor biopic were footing the bill, but TMZ's sources say that was never the agreement.
