Marion Cotillard expecting; Giada De Laurentiis talks gender roles

"Inception" star Marion Cotillard will soon be adding motherhood to her repertoire. The Oscar winner will welcome her first child with longtime beau, French actor/director Guillaume Canet, her rep confirms. The couple met in 2003 on the set of "Love Me if You Dare." [ Us Magazine

TV chef Giada De Laurentiis may be a working woman, but she is committed to the role of wife and mother at home. "I think it can be hard for any man to sometimes be upstaged by his wife," the 40-year-old says. "All men want to be treated like kings in a relationship, and I think if women don't indulge that sometimes, their men are likely to stray and look for someone who can give that to them." Founder Hugh Hefner has won the bidding war to take Playboy Enterprises private on Monday (Jan. 10), valuing the company at $207 million.
