Michael Jackson's siblings keeping Katherine Jackson away from his children - report

michael-jacksons-family.jpgThings have gone a little off-the-rails with Michael Jackson's family this week. First, there was the missing persons report filed for Katherine Jackson, Michael's mother, by one of her nephews. Then it turned out she was just resting at an Arizona treatment facility of some kind. Then the cops were called to the Jackson family estate in Calabasas over a domestic dispute call, though no one was arrested.

Now the executors of Jackson's estate, John Branca and John McClain, have expressed concern for Michael's three children, Prince, 15, Paris, 14, and Blanket, 10, and say they want to protect them from "undue influences, bullying and greed," reports Reuters. Katherine Jackson was given guardianship of the children following Michael's death in 2009.

In a joint statement, Branca and McClain said Tuesday (July 24), "While we do not have standing to directly intervene, we have monitored the situation and will continue to do so. We believe measures are being put in place that will help protect them from what they are having to deal with."

Meanwhile, Michael's brother Randy claims the executors of the estate had schemed to forge Michael's signature on the will that made them administrators of the estate, which is valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars.

There are also more details emerging about the domestic dispute at the Jackson family home. According to Katherine Jackson's attorney Sandra L. Ribera, Randy, Jermaine and Janet Jackson were the ones who showed up at the Calabasas estate and things quickly escalated.

"It was very aggressive, a kind of ambush-type scenario, and I saw with my own eyes the kids exit down the back of the house into the canyon to escape," Ribera tells ABC News.

Ribera also maintains it is the Jackson family siblings who are keeping Michael's children away from their grandmother and legal guardian, a claim which is somewhat supported by Paris Jackson and her cousin, Tito Jr., tweeting at each other.

Paris: "8 days and counting . something is really off , this isn't like her at all .. i wanna talk directly to my grandmother!!<|3"
Tito: "I know it's completely unfair for them to do this to you and your brothers. We will keep trying. I love you."
Paris: "9 days and counting... so help me god i will make whoever did this pay."
