MTV sued for sexual harassment, hostile work environment on 'The Hills' set

the-hills-costa-rica-mtv.jpgMTV could be in hot water after a former production coordinator on their hit show " The Hills" filed suit Court Tuesday (Oct. 18) claiming she was subjected to sexual harassment, a hostile work environment and wrongful discharge among other charges.

Eliza Sproul says in May 2010, while filming the reality series in Costa Rica, a fellow employee pressured Sproul to smoke pot and he also made unwanted sexual advances toward her. At another time the suit claims the Sproul was kicked out of her room when another crew member demanded using her room for sex. Sproul ultimately had to seek treatment in Costa Rica for exhaustion and dehydration.

MTV hasn't commented on the case.

Here's a copy of the lawsuit. It's an interesting read.
